2. General data processing

Protecting your personal data is important to me. This website processes personal data only to the extent technically necessary. AI Projects Hub is in a closed beta phase and is not operated commercially. No tracking technologies are used, no advertising is delivered, and no personal data is collected for analytics or marketing.

3. SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the browser address bar switching from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock icon in your browser bar.

4. Hosting and Content Delivery Network (Cloudflare)

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Cloudflare acts as the hosting platform and Content Delivery Network (CDN) and provides additional security functions such as DDoS protection.

When you access this website, the following data is automatically processed by Cloudflare:

– IP address
– Browser type and version
– Operating system
– Referrer URL
– Time and date of access
– Volume of data transferred

Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and performant operation of the website). A data processing agreement (Data Processing Addendum) with Cloudflare is in place in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

Data transfer to the USA: Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF) (DPF participant no. 5666). An adequacy decision by the EU Commission therefore exists for the data transfer to the USA. In addition, Cloudflare uses EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR as a supplementary safeguard.

Further information can be found in Cloudflare's privacy policy.

5. Server log files

Cloudflare automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files that your browser transmits when visiting the website. This includes: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, time of server request, and IP address.

These data are not merged with other data sources. The basis for the data processing is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

6. Cookies

This landing site does not use any of its own cookies and does not employ tracking technologies.

Cloudflare cookies: Cloudflare may set technically necessary cookies as part of its security services (e.g. bot detection), in particular the __cf_bm cookie. This serves exclusively to distinguish between human visitors and automated access (bots), contains no personal data, and expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Cloudflare does not use it to track users across sites. These cookies are considered technically necessary within the meaning of Section 25 (2) TDDDG and therefore do not require separate consent.

7. External links

This website may contain links to external websites. When you click an external link, you leave this website. I have no influence over the data protection practices of the linked pages. Please inform yourself about their privacy policies on the respective sites.
